Our approach to structural change in behavior is unique in two aspects:

1. We use a proven method that ensures measurable and structural change in behavior.

2. All our coaches have ample experience in the corporate world and we are trained by one of the very few coaches in the world who has been awarded with the highest certification level for professional and experienced Business coaches: Chartered Business Coach

Our approach:

· We focus on one or two behavioral objectives during the course of the coaching assignment.

· Support the coachee to disclose these objectives to their stakeholders, in order to create greater accountability.

· Ask stakeholders for constructive feedback, keeping the focus on what the coachee needs to change in the future.

· Encourage the coachee to practice new behaviors and in following up with stakeholders;  make sure that the new behaviors are noticed and adjusted as needed.

· Measure results as perceived by those who experience the coachee’s behaviors, not according to the coachee or the coach.

This simple and straightforward approach ensures the greatest chance on success. It clarifies the role of the coach and the expectations from the coachee. By actively involving stakeholders they have a leveraging effect on the coaching outcome.

In some cases it may not be advisable to include stakeholders in the coaching process, depending on the nature of the behavioral challenges. If this is the case, the coachee and myself will together determine how to measure the success of the coaching engagement.

In all cases the conversations between coachee and the coach are treated with strictest confidence and will only be disclosed when ordered to do so in a court of law.

I adhere to, and embrace the Code of Business Coaching Ethics and Integrity as described by the

Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC).
