Ton de Graaf is the founder of Quest Coaching and owner of ‘The Dutch Coach Approach' website and the 'You Coach Now' website.  He is an Executive coach and works with executives and senior managers in Fortune 100 and Global 500 companies.

Ton is one of the very few coaches in the world who is designated by the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches as a Chartered Business Coach™ (ChBC™) after a vigorous assessment conducted by the Middlesex University and the Professional Development Foundation in the UK.

The Chartered Business Coach (ChBC™) designation is intended for senior professional business coaches. It is an international designation that recognizes business coaches who apply their coaching in a variety of contexts, the outcomes of which may be unpredictable.
